What type lift is called for on the FJ Cruiser: a body lift, a suspension lift, or both?I was asked this by a mechanic friend of mine who said he would help me do a 3 to 4 inch lift on my rig. I…Continue

Does anyone make rock sliders that also function as a step-up? Most of the ones I see mount so close to the body that they can't be used to step up on.Wifey's been hassling me about a step-up since I…Continue

This may be a question of relativity, but does anyone know what the roll over point on the inclinometer gauge is for the FJ, on both side hills and inclines? I've been playing around on some hills…Continue

I bought my brick FJ in August 2009 and have run it straight stock. It came with luggage rack and a sub woofer in the back.I've made a few minor changes: BFG All Terrain T/A ko's, rear tow point, custom antennae.
This far, it's been stellar on the trail.

Roger that. Will bring decal. If I don't see you there, PM me with your mailing address.
It's not for the fireworks run... just something I've been noodling around with lately. I figured I'd bring a few with me on the last run, pass them out to people I wheeled with and get some feedback on the "prototype" design. I have a couple more -- one white and one silver, I think. If you go to Hollister this weekend and I make it down as well, I'll bring you one. Or I can mail one to you.
Yeah, the video is probably too large to email, but thanks for posting it up. I just wanted to see it.
Dude!
It was great to meet you guys.
We must wheel again!
Thanks for taking point on the night run down the mountain.
At one point I could see the whole underside of your cruiser as you went over the edge of that one rock on the way back. LOL! : D
Borrow away, I'll even let you keep 'em lol and it was pleasure to meet you guys as well :)
Yes I hope to make it something big we will see as the years go by what we can do.
Great meeting you too! I'm sure I'll see you out on the trail again soon. By the way, did I hear you say you took video at V-Rock?
HI MOHILLFJ,
THANKS FOR THE WARM WELCOME. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING THE CLUB/GROUP, AS MY HUSBAND, JOHN SIEGER, HAS BEEN RAVING ABOUT YOU GUYS. I AM FINALLY ON BOARD. :)
