done deal. i was ok with them closing off a large part of the beach for a couple months at a time, but to make it permanent is not justified in my opinion.

Just added this to the blue room to get it out to more people who enjoy the land we use.  There are many who have expressed a desire for no motor vehicles at Pismo and want to close it down to off road use.  This is just another attempt to further that goal.
