How did we get the moniker? Being from the vast area of central California we don’t fit into the usual breakdown of north or south, we are the step children of California. California Nomads who wheel with both groups all over California and the Western United States.

Hot Creek gave up some big fish and the secret spot gave up several big fish. Laurel Creek was good on a daily basis for trout and Rush Creek also gave us a few. It was good to see you all again, it was my second year on the run and I plan to do it again next year.

Comment by CentralCalFJ on July 2, 2011 at 5:05pm: We have a Pine Mountain run tomorrow, Sunday 7/3/11, meeting in Santa Maria at 0900 at the USA gas station at Stowell and the 101, then in AG about 945 or 10. High Mountain to Pozo, to Pine Mountain. Ch 31, 3 or 4 Fj's so far, hit us up on FB if you want to meet up someplace. Happy 4th to y'all!
