Mountain Snowy Plover

I know it is discouraged to discuss politics here, but you better pay attention to what is going on if you enjoy 4 wheeling in the back country and open spaces.  Santa Barbara News Press today had an article about eco-nazis perhaps designating the Mountain Snowy Plover as endangered.  Supposedly California is where they "Winter"  Those of you who live near Lompoc know what that means!   Vast amounts of land will be deemed off limits.
