hey NorCal!

i was going to put together a series of Help topics to better navigate this site and assist in maximizing member experience, but would like to get your suggestions on what you need help with the most. i've created a poll on the bottom-left column of the front page, so please vote away! alternatively, please feel free to respond here as well.

the thought is to have one or two delivery vehicles to assist you with your needs. for example, an FAQ page can be created for popular topics, how-to videos for topics that require more actions to accomplish and personal 1:1 or group chats can be done for other topics.

which specific parts of it, Mike? the forums have categories, but have not been broken down further other than that as of yet. now that we have more technical discussions, we plan to introduce new forum categories. you can also use the search function (hahaha...had to use a Blue Room reference).

Nah it's just set up crazy, I dont know how I feel about replying to comments in a thread in the middle of the thread. Just more of a fan of the standard forum format that everyone else uses. More organized and easy to navigate IMO
