Need help with coil spring install

Just got the FJ and ordered the lift. I would love some help installing this this this weekend, but I don't have the right tools! Beer and meat will be served to anybody willing to help out. I'm in Modesto, but can do some driving if you've got a spot. Thanks.

What do you have to install??

Not sure when we are going to have another install day but keep your eye out..

I am pretty busy this next month but I may have a weekend open up..

What lift is it? I may be available in the morning on sunday and next weekend is deffinately out

It is a Toytech lift. It's the coilover setup in the front that uses the stock shocks and turnes them into coilovers and just springs in the rear. I think I can do the diff drop myself but I don't have a spring compressor or tall jack stands...or a third hand :) Sunday would work if you have a few hours in the AM

you either need to have power tools and a spring compressor to make it easier to compress that thing or just bring it to a shop and let them do the compressing for you. The rest is pretty easy to do. Im down to help I might be in Stockton this weekend.

I was able to get bigger coils in by standing on the rear diff and allowing more space to put the coils in... didn't even need to use a compressor.

FYI: spring compressor is use to R&R front coil spring on shocks.

glad you got it together on your own.
be sure to get it aligned soon. you should realign after about 1500 miles when the springs have settled.

I got it alighned at 4Wheel parts over by my office. At $145 I'll deal if it's a little out. Goes pretty good now though. The front are coil overs and if they sag I'll adjust them back up a bit.
