FJ Cruisers of Northern California

Hey guys, I am pretty new to the site and had planned on going to the Hollister run on 12/5, but unfortunately finals owned my life that weekend. So having finished finals and regretting missing the Hollister run, I took it to myself to head there today. It was a last minute trip and I went by myself. I know its not the best idea, but I had confidence in my and decided to go for it anyways. Short story is, I got there late in the day cruised the place for an hour and half or so. I stayed on the easy trails mostly but did hit a few intermediate trails. The FJ did amazing, just like I knew she would and never got stuck. I ended up going through some deep and muddy hills. I wish I could have taken pictures on the real trails, but there was no one there for that lol

here's what I took...my goal was to get it as dirty and muddy as possible

Looks like it's pretty wet in Hollister... make sure you clean that mud off your engine and underneath the FJ as soon as possible. That stuff sticks like cement and acts like an insulator on the exhaust system.

Next time hit me up if you plan on going. I live about an hour from Hollister and I love going there.
Absolutely. This was my first time there, can't wait to go with others!
hey how did you tint the front turn signals? your truck looks sick
VHT nite shade with added clear coat. they look ok in person, i need to have them professionally re-done
If anyone is interested in doing a quick day run during the next three weeks, let me know. I'll be on break until January 10th. We can use those free passes we got from Clean Wheeling.
Oooo, rain here = snow in Tahoe and mud in Hollister. If we hit a dry spell, maybe, but, with my pow-pow dance in full force, I hope not.
Hey I'm down to get some mud on me tires.
We should go up there sometime and get'r done.
