I bought my TT FJ almost 2 years ago from Toyota.. It had the Procomp lift and a nice set of 20" knight chrome wheels wrapped with Toyo tires.. just recently the knight chrome on the wheels started to crack, had something to do with the clear coat finish.. I called 4WP and i guess im not the first to complain about it.. well.. long story short.. they decided to replace my wheels since the wheels i had were discontinued.. i got to pick any set of wheels i want.. That was a month ago.. i guess its on "backorder".. I was curious to see if that was true.. so i had someone call and ask for the same wheel.. guess what? it's in stock.. i called later that day to the guy ive been dealing with and now he tells me "it's not in stock" and that the wheels are backordered till the first week of December.. Does anyone else see something wrong here? does 4WP honor their warrantees? would they have treated the situation differently if i was a regular paying customer?
