Well that site offers the shower for sale but it is not the original site of the manufacturer. The original site is gone :(

It was quite cold outside. Yet the water, collected from the river, was very hot, and the heater was just above the half:

The only thing is that when going offroad, the shower rubs the hood a little bit. Bz when will you help me to check it?

I'm planning to do this on our FJ40 but instead of using a heat exchanger, I've wrapped exhaust wrap and sandwiched in copper tubing between wraps. Idea is to keep the truck running and pump water through the system and get nice hot water for shower heated by the exhaust system.
