Barney Riley - Dear Valley - Strawberry July 10, 11 , 12

I'm putting together a run July 10, 11, 12. The itinerary is to do Barney-Riley friday, deer valley saturday and finish up the weekend with the Strawberry trail on Sunday. I haven't done any of these trails so I hope someone who has done them (and/or who has a gps) is interested in coming along. Well I'm in for one of the days, more then likely on Sunday. I'll keep you guys posted if I can make it for more of them.
OK, got the word at work, I'm free on the 10th.......... so I'm in for BR Friday and DV Saturday, I'm not 100% sure yet on Strawberry Sundae ;o)

Dave
So far it seems that there will be a minimum of 7-11(guests-spouses) people each day and only 4 or 5 people making food sharing commitments, so far.

Please chime in see what may be missing we are planning our portions of food for about 25 heads over the 3 days (fri nite, sat night, sun pm?)

An extra grill would be helpfull as well as cooking pots and pans. Contributions could also include, but not limited too insect repellent candles, beer and bevs, good fishing skills, fun evening games, campfire stories (ring permitting)!

So stoked to meet all you we haven't already met and to try all the new mods on da rig!
In an effort to be understood,This is a no stress post!

If ya wanna chip in cool, if not we still got ya covered.

Just an attempt at minimizing individual loads and being more social/group thing!

Oh ya we'll also bring tables x3.
I'll have my gas grill and stove, along with cooking goods and plenty of propane.
I might be able to join you for Deer Valley on Saturday and Strawberry on Sunday. Let me see how the week progresses and I'll post up if I'll be there. Is this an adult trip or are kids (10 and 13) invited?
Bkreece wanna chime in on that?
Good question, I think that family is always welcome!

Personally, I will try not to swear around the young ones.

Wish I'd started off-roading at 10 or 13!
Absolutely bring the kids!
Bkreece Gas and packing fuel?
I am coming only on Sunday, So I do not need anyone to count me for food on a head count. I will bring what I need.
Cool. Bring the fresh ENERGY for the last run of the weekend!
Anybody wanna ride shotgun?

Here's the deal, I'm going to be climbing high up in the Sierra next week so you'd be ridding with Mrs. Bozly, she's itchin' to go. She doesn't bite and she's a good driver, and a great cook, but she may need some extra spotting, so if anyone is interested let us know and we'll get it all together. She could pick you up, or meet up with you, on Saturday morning for the Saturday meet up, camp on the trail Saturday night and do the Sunday thing.

So if anyone wants a cheap trail run, post up, she really wants to go.
