Yes? That is the seller's claim and he also said he bought it "few years ago"; now the retail price may have changed... in fact, I think now that is the price you pay for a 20lb tank, but I am no expert of this product and I am a bit confused with all the options and different models.

current prices off PowerTank's website:

10# Track Pack: $439.95
Super Scale: $39.95
Power Wrench: $19.95
Total: $499.85

add 1/2 tank or so of CO2: ~$8.00 and it is over $500.00.

to add a little perspective, there was a PowerTank group buy on the blue room two years ago...lowest price for 30 tanks came out to $400.00 not including the scale and wrench.

btw, there are cheaper solutions out there. i think Power Tank's got it going with their regulators as they do not freeze up as quickly. if i didn't already have one, i would be picking this one up myself.
