FJ Cruisers of Northern California

Hi guys, I am looking forward to participate at the install day in Petaluma next Saturday.

Is there a caravan going up to the place starting from the Peninsula?

I will have to do the 10k service and fix and repaint the scratched parts of my rock sliders and bud skid plates.

So my questions are:
- I have already changed the oil. Which other spare parts should I buy for the 10k service?
- the rock sliders are powder coated. which kind of paint shall I buy to fix the scratches?
- the skid plates have been painted using primer and then blue paint. I still have blue paint but no primer. Shall I buy it or I fix it just with blue paint?

Thank you
Alessio

Use Rustoleum or Krylon, all others suck. OSH claims that their brand is Rustoleum, but I do not think it goes on as well, and will plug up. You can get them at OSH/Homedepot/Lowes.
Updated project list and added some more info on FJCruiserforums.com see you all Saturday,

Ranger Jim
I have a beaten up stock front bumper if anyone wants it
So no caravan from the bay area/peninsula/etc?
umm...I dun think you would want DaPit taking pictures of your rainbow-colored skids =X
WOW this place is far.... Google maps says 2 hours for me.. hmmm I hope this place has a bunch of tools.. hehehe

I think it may be just me. Amy and Anthony may be doing something else.. But of course this may all change.. I would be willing to do a caravan but I am planning on leaveing pretty darn early..

Boss
I will be bringing a large, well stocked tool box, floor jack and stands.
I'll bring what I got, small air compressor bunch, of tools. I gotta change my all my fluids and my spark plugs.

Just installed the Matt Garret lower links................. All I can say is WOW this ride is back!!! It's all good again! =)
