The "Brown Room" huge spam issue

If you haven't noticed or heard, the traditional So. Cal. forum has been getting hammered with spam posts for a couple weeks. The admins don't seem to able to handle it. I invited them here until that situation is resolved, if it ever is. Hopefully thread topics will clearly indicate So. Cal. related.

I haven't opened any of the threads, by folks are saying it's some type of online gambling spam. Apparently the mods can delete the threads but only an admin can block, and the admins have been AWOL.
