Off-road schools in NorCal

Can anyone recommend a decent off-road driving school (or tag-along guide) in NorCal? I'd like to take a 1-2 day basic class with my girlfriend before making any further mods to my FJ.

I've talked to the guys at Off Road Experience some but I haven't been able to get my schedule to line up with their once-a-month intro class for several months, so I'm looking for alternatives.
