Hi,

I recently joined after crossing paths with DWH on long canyon trail. Have lived in Kyburz for 3 years and bought my FJ as dedicated trail machine. Looking forward to learning more about my FJ and sharing the forest behind the wheel and on foot.

Stock 2012 FJ - purchased from Thompson's Toyota. Did my own upgrades with the help of a couple friends. Photo below of newly upgraded FJ before i started bouncing it off rocks and trees.

Me

Ex-techie who traded a ranch in Acampo and career in Silicon Valley for a cabin on the South Fork of the America River.

I live and work (self employed now) in Kyburz year round
Hobbies are hiking, fishing, shooting and prospecting
Hike the trails between strawberrry and ice house daily - weather permitting.
The FJ is my trail runner -- getting me to remote locations where I can hike and explore

Welcome to the forum Don! Hope to see you out on some of the trails this summer when I am back down in California! And you moved right out of my backyard! My family currently owns land out in Acampo, and that is where I live while not in school.
