I can help. not working either.
just so everyone is aware, you will need limit straps and longer brake lines before you pull the pin on these, I got longer brake lines last year, and still haven't installed them just need to find a good source for the limit straps. Anyone know of some good ones?
I'll check w/ my buddy that builds off-road race buggies. I know he has his custom made to length.
found the ones the AZFJ crew uses, they are beefy

Oh and I went with Man a Fre's 2" longer brake lines DOT approved
Not exactly true.My donahoes/icons have internal bump stops and the brake line's still have a bit of play when the sb is disconnected and at full droop. Each set up will need to be checked since I don't know the spec's on all manufacturer's.I also have a 1'' diff drop so my cv joints do not come close to binding so no limiting strap is needed in my case.It will be easy to check if you need extended brake lines or straps. With the sb disconnected lift your truck from the crossmember with the wheels/tires still on.Check the brake lines for free play and rotate the wheel's to check the cv's for binding. The uptravel (stuff) is where your gaining most of the additional travel and you may need longer bump stops depending on tire size.Again every set up is different and will need to be checked.
those internal bump stops will be destroyed with repeated off the ground action. trust me I've already rebuilt my Kings and they where gone
X2, Icons have the internal bump stops. Bz, not sure if the Kings have the same kind of internal bumps though.
definitely want some! is this for the front and rear?
Thanks for the offers for help.Right now I'm in the testing phase.Stay tuned.I'll post the results and some pics soon.
Do you have idea of price yet for your disconnects?

BTW, I love your WEE wheels, those are the ones I will eventually get.
Yes,I have a idea but not set on it yet.If anyone is interested in a prototype shoot me a pm, I have one.
