Any Winch suggestions? Brand, lbs., Rope Type?

I have an in stock bumper "Lucrum Winch Mount" to install in the next couple weeks and looking for a GREAT winch to go with it. Maybe pick one up at the San Mateo "Truckfest" show next week. :) I was thinking one of these, but not sure about the whole Synthetic Rope thing and fitment. that looks sharp! I was thinking about doing the same thing vs. getting a whole new bumper.
