Bowman lake off of 20 is a great place. There are ton of trails and you can actually get from Washington city all the way to Truckee through there. I went up two weeks ago and had a blast.

You could just go out to prosser ohv area and go on the fire roads back in the woods. I don't think there's a ton of snow there right now but I could be wrong
