Anyone have tools for installing a Snorkel in the South Bay?

Hi Everyone,

I have been away for a Looong time. Now I have a small local business that is doing pretty well and i'm making plans for a ton of winter camping/off road exploring. 

I bought a snorkel that has just shipped and I was wondering if anyone have the tool necessary locally I could borrow or get some help with the install?

I have the hole saw and several step drill bits.

I can also help with the installation and I think I have some extra fender liner clips/fasteners.
