Hollister Hills Sun, April 22nd

POSTPONED! New date: Sunday, April 22nd.
REASON: It's been pissing on us all week.

The Tacoma World guys are rolling from Union City. They have about 45 trucks going. The caravan will be a giant smorgasbord of 'Yotas.

The main convoy is meeting at the Hollister Safeway at 9:30AM. Convoy from Union City is leaving at 8AM. Details below.
What some of us decided to do was bail as soon as all the Tacos turn for Safeway so we can beat the crowd to the gate. The FJs should be at the ranger shack around 9:45ish. Gate at 10AM to air down if our schedule works out.

Wheeling would bet tough with 40+ trucks. I'm sure we'll split into different groups, but a 50+ caravan would be pretty sweet! Us FJs can go play by ourselves :)

Hahah I was just saying that because now i want to buy a ton of new gear! Warning: for stock FJ owners If you go to HH, it'll make you want to spend money on your unmodified rig!

Honestly, I messed up by dragging you all down Fremontia Rd with me. I didn't have a map and couldn't get anyone to hail me on the CB before going down. I should have taken the right turn. You all did well, through out the run.

I'm glad some of the lesse modified rigs bailed before Hill Climb Return, but sad that you missed watching V-notch.

That Fremontia road was a lot of fun! Donna rocked it in her stock FJ, we even got some nice pics of her real wheels a couple feet of the ground.

I messed up by saying turn right when we were trying to get to V-Notch. I didn't realize it was right beside truck hill. That super steep climb was WAY intense. Fun though

Ha that was FUN and everyone made it out fine! It was a great time! I think I was the only one that got stuck in Hill Climb Return. RJ spotted me through safely though!

I was near the end of the line following ghost and lost you guys on route to this trial. Bummer, sounds like fun. I guess it's something to look forward to for next time
