I like it . Looks like you have been very busy !
How big is the box inside? Can the lights onthe side be moved around or do they just point downward ? Looks pretty damn cool..
The main cabin is 50 inches by 75 inches flat space, another foot with the nose.
The lights are stationary.
I hope to have it near completion this week. Still have the AC and heat Strip to do, just finished the plumbing and discoverd I have some leaks, more work needed there. Put in the solar controller and the onboard dual battery charger.
I could really use comments on this. I am trying to decide whether to build them for sale or not.
Thanks

Hey Bob,
The trailer looks great. If you could post up some pictures of the frame it would be helpful. What kind of price range were you thinking? All in all I think it looks great! just wonder how durable the trailer is. Is ti an off-road trailer?
It looks great from the pics, I think a complete, ready to go unit at an FJ get together so we can see it in person can get you better feed back. I would love to see someone make a trailer using aluminum for framing and supports and the structural fiberglass honeycomb sheets. Light weight and strong, not to mention the insulation factors of the fiberglass sheets for sound and cooling/warmth. Good luck,
Ranger Jim
Unfortunately I am not very good at posting pictures, I will try to get some on here in the morning, but for now you can see the whole build on the Blue Forum , Expedition Portal and IH8Mud.
The trailer is designed for serious off road use. The frame is strong enough to do the Rubicon, John Bull, Kokopelli and the like, the question would be the width. It is 80 inches wide, 10 inches wider than my box expedition trailers.
Main frame is 2x2 120 wall box tubing with a 2.5 inch 240 wall main back bone. It has 3/4 inch tongue and groove flooring with rubber covering. The upper frame is 1X1 combination of 120, 085 and 063 structural steel. It rides on a dexter torflex axle with electric brakes. The trailer is enclosed in 3/8 plywood, with two sheets of luan and one of fiberglass, constructed by Eclipes RV manufacturing. The trailer is 163 inches long, 80 inches wide.
This trailer has, 28 gallons of water on board, above the axle, under the floor, electric water pump, Atwood 6 gallon hot water heater, outdoor shower, stove, micro wave, sink, 110 input with onboard charger, solar controller, two 130 amp hour solar batteries, 65 watt solar panel, (soon to be upgraded to 110) Kenwood stereo, Polk Audio outdoor speakers, 8 inch memory foam mattress by Restava, custom fit to the trailer box. It has a roof vent, spare tire carrier, locking water cap, gas shocks for raising the rear door. It is wired for a polar cub air conditioner which will go on in a few weeks, ARB 45 quart fridge, and a large ARB awning, still waiting for awning and fridge. It has two 750 watt inverters, one in the galley the other in the sleeping compartment. It has cable in for TV. It will have a CB and antenna by the end of the weekend I hope. Day night window blinds are being made for as it we speak
It is capable of going anywhere the truck can go. I weighed it last week with 28 gallons of water on board and it came in at 1600 pounds.
It is designed for mommy and to be aggressive enough for us. Mommy sleeps in doors, no ladders, a real kitchen feel and a shower. I have the capabilies of under mattress storage, but did not put it in this unit. It has a roof rack for kayaks and mountain bikes will fit on the side. I am adding a small sealed box to the driver side fender to carry, chocks, solar cable and 110 cable. It is designed to carry two honda 2000 generators for the AC/heat strip.
Tried to get pictures of the siliconing of the trim rails, but they just will not come out with enough clarity.
Notified that the awning will be in next week, again!
Silicone and trim have taken far more time than building the trailer. Frippen nightmare to do.
