Bike rack advice?

Any advice reagrding a good bike rack for 2011 FJ ? (Or one to stay away from?) Not looking for used... will go with a new one. But trying to make sure I get the right gear first time. Currently leaning toward a Thule hitch mount that holds two mountain bikes.

I made a hitch mount frame myself that I elevated to be level with the top of the bumper and then bolted two Thule Side Arm Universal racks on to it. It works great. It requires some fabrication, but if you're up for it... I have a picture of it, if you're interested?

I have a Thule T2 with a 2 bike extender - holds 4 bikes total. When you drop it down, the rear door opens completely. I like it a lot.

I also have a Thule sidearm for the roof. PITA getting in and out of the garage, PITA getting bike up and down. But My rig can carry 5 bikes. (See my photos on this forum).

Strongly endorse the Thule hitch mount (T2) with a 2 bike extender.
