Tread Lightly! Awareness Workshop Placerville - Saturday, May 14

Have you always wondered what Tread Lightly! was all about? Interested in finding out how you can do your part in preventing trail closures? Then join us for a three-hour workshop in Placerville on Saturday, May 14.

Reservations are required. Deadline to register is Friday, May 13 at 3:00 PM PST.

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: Department of Transportation Ready Room, 2441 Headington Road, Placerville, CA 95667

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn:

Why we need an outdoor ethic
The five Tread Lightly! principles
How your offline and online behavior can affect outdoor enthusiasts everywhere

It was great to meet you two yesterday.. Fun class with lots of great information passed. Man thanks to VIckie from EL Dorado county for giving us the room and food.

I look forward to seeing you on the trail to get your tires dirty..

You will be amazed at how good the FJ is off the highway..

great meeting you and D at the workshop! thanks for coming all the way out from Martinez. we were lucky to have met Vickie Sanders of El Dorado County. she is one of the folks integral in keeping Rubicon Trail open to the public. see you out on the trails!
