Hmmmm... does anyone else make gears that fit our carrier?  I'm planning on regearing soon.

Superior Gears. Just ordered my new set from them. Bozly has them in his truck and had no problems.

Really that is surprising, I've had really good feedback on them and have them in the 80. Who is doing your set up?

Might want to look at cryo treating your next gear set before install.

I don't know too much about gears, but I do know that it is a PIA when installing them. Something about adjusting the play in the gears and if it's not done correctly, they can break.
