Lost My Best Trail Buddy Ever Avalon

I wanted to let those of you who knew Avalon that she lost her battle with cancer this last week. She was always ready for the trail rides and made it to many Hollister trips, Slick Rock, Grass Valley, Hungry Valley, High Sierra runs and Death Valley. She graced us with 15 full years of her great spirit and great companionship. She is already missed deeply.

God Speed Avalon.

Will take a road trip this spring and spread her ashes near Death Valley where we had many fun camping trips.

Thanks folks for your warm responses. I can tell many have big hearts on this forum. Just got the Ol' girls ashes back and will take a trip south maybe next month and spread here ashes on a hill top or bluff near Mengle Pass/Striped Butte.
