We all hope that we can have a perfect product every time we buy something but this is not always the case. The true measure of a company is how will they back their product when things go wrong.
This weekend while using my powertank to air up I had a lot of issues with my hose leaking from both ends. Sunday morning I emailed the main address on the powertank website (I purchased from 4wheel parts NOT powertank). Within 60 minutes I had a response from Steve asking a few questions (On Sunday!) After two or three email exchanges i sent him a quick video and a few pictures. He was pretty sure what the problem was but to be sure he shipped out 3 different replacement pieces.
I never provided proof of purchase or anything. He just immediately wanted to help me get it fixed.
I recevied the pieces today and of course the one he thought it was fixed it. I am now leak free.
Powertanks are more expensive than most competitors out there but i would not hesitate to buy another one in the future based solely on this experience.
