Misfire cylinder 6

My obd2 said misfire cylinder 6 ignition coil. So i changed the coil and all the plugs . Ran fine then it started shuttering again even worse. Any thoughts

The 4th of July event is a very fun get together where a lot of us with fj get together, camp drink laugh and wheel (not in the specific order lol) we have a few with stock fjs that lead runs that a stock fj or less experienced people can partake in and then there are the challenge runs. last wheeling day we all go up the mt (lots of bypasses and is easy) hang out and watch fireworks.
