Power Tank Customer service lives up to its reputation...Awsome!!

We all hope that we can have a perfect product every time we buy something but this is not always the case.  The true measure of a company is how will they back their product when things go wrong.

 

This weekend while using my powertank to air up I had a lot of issues with my hose leaking from both ends.  Sunday morning I emailed the main address on the powertank website (I purchased from 4wheel parts NOT powertank).  Within 60 minutes I had a response from Steve asking a few questions (On Sunday!)  After two or three email exchanges i sent him a quick video and a few pictures.  He was pretty sure what the problem was but to be sure he shipped out 3 different replacement pieces.

I never provided proof of purchase or anything.  He just immediately wanted to help me get it fixed.

 

I recevied the pieces today and of course the one he thought it was fixed it.  I am now leak free.

 

Powertanks are more expensive than most competitors out there but i would not hesitate to buy another one in the future based solely on this experience.

 

Thought i would share.

Yes he is good people for sure!!
Yeah Steve is a great guy. I work in Elk Grove and he lives in Elk Grove so he offered to personally deliver to me which was great of him. You should see his 4runner. He had one of my co-workers working on his rig and holy crap its a beast.
Glad to hear this. I've been looking at these for a while now and will for sure be getting one before wheeling season comes around.
