Saw a flat matte sandstorm (roof included) that was also blacked out on the San Mateo/Foster City border.. Very cool lookin rig, got a peace sign from the driver and figured I'd mention it here. Sweet rig man!

This morning on the Sunol Grade (680) , I saw a very nice 40 (gold color). It was a sweet looking 40, we waved. Looked like it was in great shape sitting on 35's. Not sure if the owner is on this site. I was in my FJ.

Saw a sandstorm on my way into REI in riverpark in Fresno. Had ducks on the antennas which i was a big fan of.

Anyone on here own the black, lifted FJ (nice rig by the way) that parks from time to time outside the office building at Castro/Miramonte in Mountain View? Mine is just out of sight around the corner on Eichler Drive.

I think that's me! I work in that building on Castro/Miramonte in Mountain View. I'm the FJ with the NorCal Sticker (thanks again Meestar Jim) and the "Fear No Fish" decal in the back. I live in Sunnyvale, but work in Mountain View so I drive on El Camino Real all the time.

We should meet some time! I show you mines, you show me yours?? LOL

I missed out on the last Meet And Greet at St. John's Bar and Grill...

Tempting to suggest Ugly's (actually it's now called Alibi's) - the bar on El Camino just north of Miramonte, opposite the Surplus store and True Value. I've always wanted to go there but never quite dared, maybe if we show up in a couple of mean-looking FJs we'll come out alive.

This week probably won't work, how about some time next week?

I've heard of it, but never been there. I'm up for it though. If there's trouble, we can just jump into the safety of our tanks! Next week sounds better for me as well. And if Alibi is too much, we can always try the Tied House. I go there all the time, but parking is a pain...
