Need wiring help!

Hi guys!

So I have acro lights to install on my demello bumper, need to rewire my roof rack lights and possibily getting those 7" Kragen HIDs. I'm in San Jose, can anyone help me out?

Totally confused with electronics....

Doing it yourself is awesome. I just did my own suspension (was going to do it with help next weekend). Feels pretty good when you finish up!
