Revived the old thread and am starting a new one! those of us with rigs whose pulleys have failed or are interested in replacing them before failure should get on it and post up interest!
Old Thread: http://norcalfjs.com/forum/topics/its-a-pulley-party-91309
Im going to order the parts from Rockauto.com and it'll total out to about $200 shipped for:
GATES Part # 36174 x1
GATES Part # 36173 x2
DAYCO Part # 5070835 x1 (belt)
GATES Part # 38411 x1 (belt tensioner)
the belt change isnt necessary but i figured as im around 75k i might as well change it out since ill be in there.

I just changed out all my pulleys and the serpentine belt today. Pretty easy, took about an hour. I swapped the pulley from the gates 37411 tensioner assembly with the oem one, I didn't feel it was necessary to remove the alternator just to replace the assembly piece.
If anyone needs any help with this let me know.
