I have had mine do that for time to time.... how long between cycles?

10-15 sec normally idling than it'll rev up for about 5 sec than back.

Is your defrost on? Maybe the AC is kicking in.

Ac and defrost off. Inconsistent idling only happens when I use the fan, other than that car idles normally when fans r not in used.

I noticed that my idle fluctuates a little some times too but i think that's normal.

Does it when I'm pulling into my car port. I think it could be compensating for drag from the power steering pump.

Maybe.
