folks, this is bad news. Daphne Green has been a strong advocate of off-highway recreation in California and more importantly, a friend of NorCal FJs.

This does not make me happy.
We are going to lose lots of funding that Daphne and her team has raised over the last 8 years. This is a dark day for the OHV community.

I knew that when he got elected this was going to happen... Take from a god program to fund the crappy once that cannot pay for themselves.

Everything is going to change unless she gets re-appointed. There is a letter campaign going on to get her back.
With her gone, the people that will replace her will drain the OHV funds since the state is in such poor shape $$ wise.
This is very bad news indeed because there is a huge risk all the OHV parks could close.
This may sounds like Doom and glom but it is a very real possibility.
