ATTENTION: Safety flags are now required on street legal vehicles whilst out in the dunes. no flags are required along the beach and where we camp.

Hey everybody.
I totally can't go to Surf n' turf. : ( : ( : (.
I have to do 4 days for the Army this exact weekend and my CO will not let me slide. Everybody in the unit has to be at this one.
I was really looking forward to seeing some of the people I met at All Cal and some of the new folks I have chatted with.
Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!
I am totally bummed.
Oh well, you guys have fun. I get out of the reserves on 01/24/11. Plan to do more wheeling in 2011. Hope to make this event next year.

hey Surf N Turfers! a good question was brought up about departure and event dates. the official event dates are Friday-Sunday, but the new saying recently has been: Thursday is the new Friday. our base camp setup will take place early Thursday, so anyone is more than welcome to show up earlier if you can swing the time off.
