I would bring it and we can then set it up at the RTF booth and have it there for people to look at..

yes, that is my only concern...trying to do double duty when there are a bunch hungry people around. i'll bring the stuff just in case.

Just found out form Jeff that they eill give us some small space on the RTF table to hand out Brochures and stuff.. Not sure if we will have room for the banner but we should bring it just in case. We can put out some flyers and brochures. Should be pretty cool to hang out with the RTF people. Of course we can just put the stuff there if we are busy..

any news about setting up a Tread Lightly! booth? i can hand out pamphlets and pop if need be. i would assume RTF would have something similar with their current campaign?

I am good to leave whenever Friday afternoon/evening.  I am a few miles off 50 and can meet at the house or at the park in ride on the east bound side of 50 at Shingle Springs off ramp.  Cheap 76 gas one block away.

As it turns out I now have Friday off. So Tater and I are talking about heading up way earlier on Friday. Maybe noon-ish but we are still in discussion about exactly what time.  If you want to wait for us the timing may just be about right with your sch, of course this depend on when we leave.

They do not have a "plan" for the trash removal so we may just have to shoot from the hip on the fly during the event. I am sure we will be able to stage it somewhere so we can get it in and out more easily. But we will get it all figured out.

Yes its going to be tight this year everywhere in and around the spillway. They have told people to show up Thursday night if they want a camping spot.

I am planning on Friday evening setup, Sat AM KP.  I am out for Sunday - going to Chico to help the peep and save a collage student from a beer or two.
