FJ Cruisers of Northern California

A short clip of us on the White Rim trail in Canyonlands NP in Utah. Most of the video was shot my my Sister following my FJ in a Jeep rental (she couldn't afford the FJ rental). Much of the footage was too shaky, need to figure out a roofrack mount, but dust would have destroyed the cam. The creek crossing iclip s at Mono Lake, CA. and the opening shot is the Paboose Flats, CA.

It would have been cool Cindy, but it was too much hassle to drive around that section again, we were on a tight schedule!

It does a little, I wedge mine between the instrument pod and the windshield, works fine for me. You could screw the thing to the top of the dash I suppose.

I've seen that mount, but as it is not "fixed" to the dashboard I thought it would move around quite a bit, especially on bumpy roads or on steep hills etc...

My Garmin mount is the free standing dashboard mount, basically a weighted platform with the clip mount, works well off road.

Yes I really need to find a way to properly mount my Garmin GPS like I think you did...
