White Rim, Utah

A short clip of us on the White Rim trail in Canyonlands NP in Utah. Most of the video was shot my my Sister following my FJ in a Jeep rental (she couldn't afford the FJ rental). Much of the footage was too shaky, need to figure out a roofrack mount, but dust would have destroyed the cam. The creek crossing iclip s at Mono Lake, CA. and the opening shot is the Paboose Flats, CA.

Comment by CoastalCruiser on September 22, 2009 at 10:51am: It does a little, I wedge mine between the instrument pod and the windshield, works fine for me. You could screw the thing to the top of the dash I suppose.

Comment by manoweb on September 22, 2009 at 10:41am: I've seen that mount, but as it is not "fixed" to the dashboard I thought it would move around quite a bit, especially on bumpy roads or on steep hills etc...

Comment by CoastalCruiser on September 22, 2009 at 10:21am: My Garmin mount is the free standing dashboard mount, basically a weighted platform with the clip mount, works well off road.
