Ojocam Mini 0801 (off eBay). It has the GPS built-in. They also provide software that shows your location on Google maps alongside the video as it plays. It's pretty neat, and not too expensive (~$120)...

what camera did you use? and how did you get the lat long info into it? it looks like a lot of fun.
