Brazed Chicken wings, legs and thighs in an herb melody placed softly on a bed of Spinach, Onion and Potatoes. Cooked in a 12" seasoned cast iron Dutch oven with 35 charcoal bricks on top and 12 on the bottom for one hour and thirty minutes.
