FJ Cruisers of Northern California

Well, i've been wanting to do this for nearly two years now, and i finaly found the time, (or should i say made the time) to get everything installed. I have to say these are by far the best mods i've done. While sitting in some traffic, i heard the CHP chatting about a car they were looking for, then in the same traffic jam i had a nice little conversation with a couple truckers. Nice way to kill some time! And this isn't counting the real benifit of finaly being able to comunicate with trail groups. Very cool. I still need to learn how to use the scanner, but its still preety fun out of the box. Till next time peeps!

Thanks Steve! I used a Bandi mount for the antenna, and though the glass antenna for the scanner. Works great! The CB "brain"is mounted under the passenger seat, and the the mic is hung on the center console. The scanner is mounted on the head liner in front of the rear view mirror. Works great, easily acsessable, and is very sturdy!
