Got the projector lens kit from eBay, $119 shipped from Hong Kong.
To install them on the FJ headlight assembly , you have to remove the clear plastic cover and replace the regular H4 bulb with the projector lens. After testing them, reinstall the clear plastic cover.

Get the H4 base Bi-Xenon HID kit for low/high beam.
