Did you get your leaky CV joints fixed?  I've heard that if they lose too much grease that they will make clanking noises when you try and turn.  At that point they need to be replaced.

Since that trip, I'm hearing a lot of strange loud creakiness when I turn and use the breaks, forward and back, left and right.  I'm going to have it checked out when I take my truck into the dealership tomorrow to have that leaky CV joint checked out (covered under warranty - yay!).  I hope I didn't mess up anything major.
