btw - next size up *will* require body mount chop and i think re-gearing would prob be required as well.  28575R16 is about the limit w this lift.

Do you have a aftermarket UCA's on your Fj and running 285's do I need to re gear my Fj? Thank you in advance

Hi there - 

Yes - George at SWAT Customs.  He was great.

 

+ Collaborative/flexible - Several times he adapted to my schedule at a pretty solid inconvenience to him

+ Consultative - gave me his opinion when I needed it.  

+ Accurate estimator - He always did the work on time, and he nailed his estimate

+ Price - was good/more than competitive.  I literally asked him if he was charging me enough.  (He made some money on parts!)

 

- He could be just a bit more responsive in email.  Not a major issue.  I'm impatient and communicate via email with people standing right next to me - :-).

- He does not stock parts which means potentially healthy wait times. (but I doubt too many places are stocking a bunch Gobi Racks & ARB Bull bars)

 

I will ***definitely*** use George again (rear bumper, fender flares, roof rack lights, fuel tank)

This Rig looks great.  Did you get the work done at SWAT's Customs in Fremont?
