unfortunately, the arches are slowly collapsing one-by-one, which my back felt like doing at the end of the day.

As you can see Steve demonstrates Proper bending techniques.. Notice the proper arch of the back and slight bend in the knees. HE of course learned this while on his travels through arches national park !
