WTB OME rear, heavy springs

If anyone has a set laying around. I have the mediums in, but want to add some weight and really like a slight rake. Plus, I like to load up for adventures.

Whats the spring rate?

I have some Ironmans that are a tad to heavy for me so if the spring rates work out maybe we could do a trade?

Do those supply a 2.5- 3" lift? Not sure on the exact rate. Googling..
