The 8000lbs winch looks like it might be a WARN 8274, which is a very good winch I have one on my FJ-40 and it's much better then the 8274-50 which they sell today.

It would need to be fully rebuilt which isn't too hards and WARN still sells all the parts. However it won't fit in most of the bumpers on the FJ Cruiser.
