This is the whole stud mount including the nut. Not sure where to get the coupler alone

truck stops always have CB accessories

better electronics stores, not radio shack, you say CB--they look at you funny

Frys has some CB stuff

If you are in the Bay area, try HAM Radio Outlet. Radio Shack or Fry's may work as well.
