FJ Cruisers of Northern California

I bought a 6 inch rough country lift for my 2007 FJ Cruiser. I've already bought the 3" Bushwacker fender flares. I had plans to place 1.5" spacers on the wheels to give a nice wide look with the 35s that are going on it. I have called around and one company that sells spacers, said that you cannot use spacers on a Toyota because they cause a vibration. Does anyone out there have spacers or know anything about whether or not it's possible to utilize spacers on this application?  Thanx  Davy

i have had spiedertrax for last 1.5yr/10k miles and no issues.

Thanx Magic. I just ordered them.

well, spidertrax really arent spacers. Everyone calls em spacers, but they really aren't. They are more like hub extensions. I could see how an actual spacer might cause a vibration problem, though, since you're losing threads to tighten on to.

I'm running spidertrax with no issues. All pro makes some in different widths as well.

I run spidertrax 1.5'" with a 6 inch lift no issues.

i also am running Spidertrax with no issues for over a year now.  Do double check torque on the lug nuts periodically.
