Viper 5901 Install?

Anybody have any clue as to how difficult it would be to install? I don't particularly care about the remote start feature, just would like everything else :-). Best Buy has it for like 500 with a "basic" install that will cost you another 100 bucks. I see them on ebay for like 250!  anybody have an idea of how are these things are to install?
