Trails in San Bernardino area

Hi, Ive also sent a message on fjcruiserforums.com on the SoCal section... If anybody can help me...

I have the fun treks book for SoCal but I'm very stupid I forgot it at home. I wanted to visit the San Bernardino area but now without references... Can anybody suggest me where to go for a day trip? I am looking for something of moderate+ level...
