Trail Run Planning Template

Please use this standardized trail run promotion template to ease the burden of planning trail runs.
Idea stolen from FJ-Piper on socalfjcruiserforums. If anyone has anything to add I will update the OP. Mods, this should eventually be added to our resources.

Introduction:
This should contain one or a few sentences introducing the trail and
purpose of the run.

Trail Run:
This should include actual trail information and expected conditions at the time of the run. Include
Date, estimated start and end times, expected beginning and end GPS
coordinates, the duration of the run and any substantial stops,
expected weather conditions, etc.

Trail Expectations:
This should include a one to several paragraph write-up of the trail
run, different types of obstacles and terrains to be encountered,
expected carnage and general information, etc…

Communications:
CB Channel 31
FRS Channel 7/31

Services:
Camping information, restaurants, groceries, towns, brothels, etc...

Example Photos:
This should be a single reply to the original post (re: as the thread grows to several pages you will not have to wait for the same image to load on each  page) that can have
captions above the photos stating clearly when they were from. I think
6 photos should cover it.

Roster:
List of those planning to attend
